Animal knucklebone found in 1956 in cistern 14 on the south slope of the Acropolis.

Knucklebones were one of children’s favourite toys. Knucklebones were also cast during divinatory practices and foretelling or are encountered as offerings in child-burials or sanctuary dedications made by the young symbolising their passage from childhood to adulthood.
